I am Ian Bell, a Warwickshire-based software architect. I have spent 25+ years building real, production systems, and the last few years deep in AI. Now I help smaller businesses near me get a genuine win with it.
Most AI advice is either hype or aimed at huge companies with huge budgets. That is not you, and it is not how I work. We start with the job that is actually costing you time and money, and we fix that first.
